We are based in Berlin and work hybrid. Outside of Berlin, we are fully remote. You work directly with Nicolas and the leadership team, contribute to decisions that matter, and be seen for what you actually bring.

Clear communication norms, integrated values, scalable architecture, defined processes: we put these in place early, because retrofitting them at 100 people is painful and expensive.
