That means monthly development check-ins for everyone, feedback as a shared habit and not a top-down ritual, monthly retrospectives, and two company-wide onsites per year. We are small enough that your progress is visible, and intentional enough to make it a real priority.

We are based in Berlin and work hybrid. Outside of Berlin, we are fully remote. You work directly with Nicolas and the leadership team, contribute to decisions that matter, and be seen for what you actually bring.

We build with intention

The team is experienced enough to know that structure is not something you add later when things are already chaotic. Clear communication norms, integrated values, scalable architecture, defined processes: we put these in place early, because retrofitting them at 100 people is painful and expensive. If you have worked at a company, startup or corporate, that was still figuring out the basics ten years in, you know exactly what we mean.
