TIMVERO and Credibur: Connecting the Loan Management System to the Debt Facility

Most non-bank lenders run two systems that never talk to each other. The loan management system knows every contract, payment and status change. The debt facility runs on a spreadsheet that someone rebuilds each month from exports of that same system. Connecting the loan management system to the debt facility is the obvious fix, and it rarely happens.

In May 2026, TIMVERO and Credibur announced a partnership that does exactly that. timveroOS covers the loan lifecycle, Credibur covers the facility, and loan-level events move from one to the other without anyone exporting a file.

Why the loan management system and the debt facility drift apart

A loan management system is built around the borrower: origination, servicing, collections. A facility is built around the capital provider: eligibility, borrowing base, drawdowns, concentration limits, reporting. The questions differ and so does the rhythm. The gap gets filled by people moving files, and the numbers a capital provider sees are only as current as the last export.

That works with one facility and a small book. It gets fragile once a lender has several capital providers, each with its own rules and reporting dates.

What the TIMVERO and Credibur integration does

Payments, disbursements and status changes recorded in timveroOS reach Credibur by API. Eligibility and covenant checks run on the actual portfolio, drawdown requests are built from its current composition, and reporting to capital providers comes with an audit trail. Backup servicing is connected to the live portfolio from the start, not set up after something breaks.

The two products stay separate on purpose. Bundle contract management and capital markets operations into one system and every change to how you fund the book needs your loan management vendor. Kept apart, each layer can change with the right expertise behind it.

Who the partnership is for

Lenders already on timveroOS can add Credibur as their facility layer without replacing anything they run today. Lenders raising a first facility get the reporting quality capital providers look for in due diligence. We work jointly on deals where both layers are in scope and refer each other where only one is. How the Credibur side works in detail is in our overview of debt facility operations.

Looking ahead

Lenders will keep choosing their loan management system on product grounds. What changes is that the facility no longer has to be rebuilt by hand around that choice.
